Part (A). Application's Core Operation
To Send WhatsApp messages with help of API & automation. We provide an advance method of automation service for whatsapp messaging.
Whenever a client requests to send a message to a specific contact/group. He first has to create an Agent from WhatsApi's Dashboard, which acts as a middle-ware between REST API and chrome extension plugin. After installing the chrome extension, you get a unique Device ID WA0000XXXXX. You need to provide this device id to your secure agent to handle all your requests.
Once request is received server-side, the request is encrypted and stored temporarily in our database backed by GoogleCloud Service with the specified Agent requested.
On the other side your chrome extension plugin, is securely connected with database Agent. As soon as request is received, its decrypted and processed client-side where the WhatsApp Web is logged in. Since WhatsApp Web is logged in on users device, no data is being sent or accessed by the server. Once message it processed and sent, it gets deleted from the database.

This extension does not reads user content in anyway for the purpose of storing or sharing. We only perform the actions requested by the user via REST API.

Part (C). Terms of Use - Important
By installing are chrome extension, you agree to send automated messages as programmed by "you" and requested by "you" via API requests. Any unwanted message sent via WhatsApp, will not be accountable by WhatsApi Messenger or FiniteChat or Alledo Technologies. User "You" have the full control over the automation and Agent "SECURITY". Keep your {agent_key} & {device_id} private, exposing it might lead to someone else getting access of your whatsapp account. Besides the default rate limiting in our chrome extension, we strongly recommend you to not spam or send bulk messages, as it might lead to a ban of your whatsapp account. WhatsApi or FiniteChat or Alledo Technologies is not responsible for any actions taken by WhatsApp team.

We collect the information You provide to us and this information is necessary for
the adequate performance of the contractual arrangement which is in place between You and us and allow us to

That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your Personal

8. RETENTION

We will retain your personal information not longer than you keep your account,
unless we are otherwise required by law or regulations to retain your personal information longer.

that we erase your personal information and close your Account. Please note that even after deletion of your
account we may keep some of your information for tax, legal reporting and auditing obligations.
